Rules

Rules suck, we know. But you'd better follow them...or else...

1. You MUST be a fan of glow-in-the-dark objects. Otherwise, why join?
2. You must use a valid name (or nickname, if you prefer, but see the note) and email address. NOTE: If you use a nickname, make it a reasonable one. Things like MaCdaDDy_748 or crazygurl_69 will not be accepted (that means no sticky caps). If you submit such a name, it will be stripped of caps and numbers or converted to something generic like Joe or Susie.
3. A website is not required, but if you do have one you must put up a code. If you submit a website, be sure to put up the code before or very soon after joining. If I check your site and the code is not up (and easy to find) you will be listed but your site will not. Also: racist, pornographic, or other hate/x-rated sites I deem unfit will not be listed.
4. You must keep your information (email, URL, location) updated. If you don't, you risk being deleted.
5. Please fill out the form completely.
