about

"A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are), they are just a place where you can sign up with otherfans." -TheFanlistings.org

This is I'm So Sick, the only TFL approved fanlisting for Flyleaf - Flyleaf's first full-length album, released on October 4, 2005. Each song is testament to the band's dedication to positivity in the face of adversity. With a wide range of sounds and topics (from abuse and neglect to addiction and agression), Flyleaf has hit the scene in a different way - using heavy music to confront pain and anger in an attempt to heal instead of wallow like many other bands in the rock genre. In early 2006, as a result of a band development deal, Flyleaf was signed to J-Records in addition to Octone Records (as was the way of Maroon 5). While Flyleaf is not officially labeled as a Christian-rock band, their Christian-based vocals have transcended genres and their music is now distributed to Christian markets under SRE Recordings.

Lineup:
The band originated as Passerby but due to legal issues they changed the band's name to the current Flyleaf. Wondering where the band came up with such a name and what it means?
"A flyleaf is the blank page at the front of a book," explains Lacey Mosley, Flyleaf's vocalist. "It's the dedication page, the place you write a message to someone you're giving a book to. And, that's kind of what our songs are -- personal messages that provide a few moments of clarity before the story begins."
