Here are some nifty recepies you can use to create your own home-made banana milkshakes!
BANANA MILKSHAKE FOR ONE
1 ripe banana
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. lowfat yogurt
Place banana, orange juice and skim milk in blender. Blend 1 or 2 seconds until smooth. Stir in yogurt. Chill, if desired, then serve.
CHOCOLATE BANANA MILKSHAKE
2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 or 2 bananas
Chocolate milk
Put 2 or 3 scoops of ice cream in the blender. Slice the bananas and put them in the blender. Add chocolate depending on how rich you want the milkshake. Pour in the milk depending on how thick you want the shake. Turn on the blender. Blend until smooth.
If you want a creamier taste, add 1-2 eggs before blending. (This is true for most other milkshakes, too.)
STRAWBERRY BANANA MILKSHAKE
2 bananas
10 oz. box frozen strawberries, partially thawed
2 c. milk
2 pts. strawberry ice cream
Slice the bananas. Combine the bananas, strawberries, milk and 1 pint of the ice cream in blender, in batches. Blend until smooth. Pour milkshake into 4 glasses, top each with a scoop of the remaining ice cream. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
BANANA MILKSHAKES
1 banana (peeled), frozen
1 c. skim milk
Freeze banana. Break banana into pieces. Put in blender. Add 1 cup skim milk and blend. ENJOY! Only 185 calories - regular shake - 415 calories. Makes 2 cups.
BANANA MILKSHAKES
1 c. nonfat milk
1 frozen bananas, sliced
Freeze bananas before they are overly ripe. For each shake, put milk in blender. With blender on, gradually add in sliced frozen banana. Adjust ingredients or add other fruits to your taste
BANANA MILKSHAKE
1 c. milk, made from dried milk
1 banana
1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Mash banana well. Add milk and blend with a beater or shake in a jar. Serve immediately or refrigerator and serve later.
BANANA MILKSHAKE
Blender
1 banana, cut in sm. pieces
12 oz. milk
Place cut up banana into blender, then add milk. Mix on medium. Enjoy!
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA MILKSHAKE
1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
2 c. cold milk
1/2 c. instant chocolate flavored mix (Nestle's Quik)
1 lg. sliced banana
Place ice cream and peanut butter in blender and blend until smooth. Gradually add milk, chocolate mix and banana. Blend and serve. Makes 4 cups. Delicious.
BANANA MILKSHAKE
1 banana
1/4 c. cornflakes
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
Blend all ingredients. You can add cocoa powder or vary the ingredients as you like using different fruits or different corn cereals
BANANA MILKSHAKE
1 c. milk
1 c. sliced banana
2 or more ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until creamy.
BANANA MILKSHAKE
16 oz. milk (ice cold)
1-2 bananas
Splash of vanilla extract
Put all in a blender and mix. Pour into a glass. Enjoy! Awesome with honeydew, too!

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 banana
2 tsp. honey
Ice
In a blender, mix all ingredients. Serves 1.
BANANA MILKSHAKE
2 c. milk
1 c. vanilla ice cream of frozen yogurt
1 c. bananas
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sugar to taste
Blend in a blender until smooth. Add more or less ice cream for thicker or thinner milkshakes.
FAT FREE BANANA MILKSHAKE
3 c. very cold skim milk
2 c. frozen banana
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Add more or less frozen fruit or milk to make milkshakes thicker or thinner. If milkshake is too fruity, make a very thick milkshake then thin with milk to taste.
TOFU MILKSHAKE
1 carton soft tofu
1-2 ripe bananas
1/3 c. milk or juice (your choice)
1 pkg. Weight Watchers or Alba milk shake mix
Chocolate, vanilla or orange flavors
6-8 ice cubes
Additions:
2 tbsp. chunky peanut butter added to chocolate or vanilla
Fresh strawberries (4-5 med.) added to vanilla
Place bananas, milk or juice and milkshake mix in blender. Blend on medium-low speed. Add tofu and any additions, continue to blend. Add ice cubes at low speed. When chopped blend briefly on high. Serve in glass with a straw. Will serve 2-3 depending on glass size.
YOGURT MILKSHAKE
2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 banana
1/2 c. low-fat milk (skim)
4 tbsp. oat bran
1/2 c. any frozen fruit
Frozen bananas make for a thicker milkshake. Put all of the above in the blender.
